🇫🇷 Construction of the T12 tramway

TSO (leader), in consortium with Alstom and Terideal, participated in the construction of the new T12 tram line, connecting Évry-Courcouronnes and Massy in Ile-de-France department, by carrying out the railway works.
This new line enhances the transport offer in the Essonne department and ensures better accessibility to current and future employment hubs as well as local development projects.

This project involves the construction of a new 10 km line, i.e. 20 km of new tracks and also includes the creation of 11 new stations. 
TSO is not the only subsidiary of the NGE Group that took part in this project. Before the track works, the NGE GENIE CIVIL, Guintoli and NGE FONDATIONS teams were involved in the infrastructure and earthworks of the line, the construction of a new maintenance site, and a series of engineering structures (including a structure crossing the A6 motorway).

TSO CATENAIRES, a subsidiary of TSO, also carried out the total electrification of the line : 60 km of overhead contact line were laid along the new route. 

In total, nearly 40 000 passengers are expected each day, who can now benefit from a new sustainable mobility solution. An illustration of the strength of the comprehensive offer proposed by the NGE Group.
