France, Paris – TSO, ALSTOM and TERIDEAL win the €30 million construction contract for the new T12 Express Tram-Train line
TRANSAMO, the authority delegated by Île-de-France Mobilités, has just awarded the contract to build the new T12 Express Tram-Train line that will serve 12 towns in the Paris region of Essonne between Massy and Evry-Courcouronnes to the consortium of TSO (lead contractor), Alstom and Terideal.
TRANSAMO, the authority delegated by Île-de-France Mobilités, has just awarded the contract to build the new T12 Express Tram-Train line that will serve 12 towns in the Paris region of Essonne between Massy and Evry-Courcouronnes to the consortium of TSO (lead contractor), Alstom and Terideal.
The 36-month contract requires the construction of 10 km of new tramway track. The project will involve the installation of:
- 19 km of new track
- 11 points and crossovers
- 24 expansion joints
- 21,000 m2 of stone track bed
- 59,000 m2 of plant cover with integrated watering system
