A 100% Multidisciplinary consortium, led by TSO (lead contractor), Guintoli, and NGE GENIE CIVIL, has been chosen by SNCF Réseau to carry out track and civil engineering works at Survilliers-Fosses station as part of the future Roissy-Picardie rail link.
At the same time, NGE teams, in consortium with Egis, have won the design-build contract for this rail project.
To recap, the Roissy-Picardie rail line involves the creation of a new 6.5 km railway section and aims to achieve several long-term objectives: improving daily commutes to the Roissy economic hub from Picardy and the northeast of Val d’Oise, facilitating access to the high-speed rail network for Picardy and Hauts-de-France, providing a new access to Île-de-France, and enhancing the intermodally of Charles de Gaulle Airport.
The scope of work at Survilliers-Fosses station includes:
- The creation of 270 m long platforms and associated equipment (shelters, lighting poles, etc.)
- The creation of a public footbridge providing access to the new platforms and ensuring connection with the RER D platforms
- The modification of railway installations: creation of a passing loop, catenary works, earthworks, drainage system modification, creation of swales, creation of a retention basin, refurbishment of energy and telecom installations, signalling works
The teams will also connect the two tracks of the future new line to the two existing tracks of the Paris-Nord – Lille line. This operation includes the creation of a retaining wall and the construction of a flyover. The existing track layout will be significantly modified.
This new project demonstrates our teams’ ability to leverage Multidisciplinary expertise for the most ambitious and structuring projects.
