TSO (lead contractor), EGENIE, Guintoli, EHTP, NGE FONDATIONS, and NGE GENIE CIVIL have won the construction of the “Val’Tram,” one of the 15 projects of the “Marseille en grand” plan operated by the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis and supported by the State.
This 100% Multiexpertise consortium has been selected for the main lot concerning the platforms and tracks of the future Val’Tram, a new tramway that will serve the La Bouilladisse-Aubagne axis.

The NGE Group teams, with INGEROP as the project manager, will carry out the earthworks and networks, the laying of concrete and ballast tracks, the construction of LAC foundation blocks, and the civil engineering operations on this over 14 km route.

This 2-in-1 tramway will run both on new concrete tracks in the city centre for about 1.2 km and on a renewed old ballast track for nearly 12 km. Five municipalities will be served in 25 minutes by this new mode of transport, which is 100% accessible to people with reduced mobility and involves the creation of 11 new stations.

This new project in the region aims to offer a real alternative to cars, a new sustainable mobility solution within the highly frequented upper Huveaune valley.
