A consortium composed of TSO, OFFROY, TSO CATENAIRES, FVF, and SAGES RAIL, mobilised with SNCF Réseau, took part in the replacement of track equipment at Valenciennes station (59) on the Lille-Hirson regional line as part of the RAVI programme.
This project is part of a comprehensive programme to renew and modernise the railway tracks in the Hauts-de-France region. The aim is to improve the performance of this railway line, used by thousands of passengers every year, and to ensure the safety of the network.

The scope of the work includes the renewal of 2 double junction crossings, the replacement of a crossing with a simple turnout, as well as the tamping of several track device nodes and the replacement of ballast.

This project notably required two blitz operations over two weekends to continue the progress of the site without impacting passenger travel.

This project demonstrates TSO and its subsidiaries’ commitment to modernising the railway network in the Hauts-de-France region, as well as their ability to meet the needs of our clients throughout France.
